The PP trays are used for packing a large variety of fresh produce, especially carrots, salads and soup vegetables. The trays are low weight and typically use an overwrap film (flowpack or stretch film) to protect the content.
rPET trays are used for packing fresh produce, such as soft fruit, tomatoes, cherries, grapes, carrots, salads, soup vegetables. The rPET tray offers a packaging solution which is made from up to 100% recycled material. The tray is typically overwrapped (flowpack), lidded or topsealed to protect the content.
rPET clamshell trays are used for packing produce such as tomatoes, (soft) fruit, grapes and herbs. The clamshell tray offers a packaging solution which is made from up to 100% recycled rPET. The tray is (machine) closed with a hinged lid.
